Shark Aviation is coming to Kielce, Poland, for MSPO 2026. On 8 September, the opening day of the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition, we will present Shark Blue Mini, Shark Skyline flight controllers, and new additions to our product range.
The presentation will form part of a scientific conference on dual-use technologies, national security, and industrial capability. It will give defence, research, and public-sector professionals a closer look at the platform and its completed test programme.
What Shark Aviation will present
Our presentation will cover Shark Blue Mini as a complete unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system. Visitors will also see Shark flight controllers and new Shark products developed for UAV systems and integration projects.
Visitors will learn about:
- Aircraft design: The compact, detachable fixed-wing airframe and its field deployment
- Shark flight controllers: Hardware developed for UAV control and system integration
- New Shark products: The latest additions to Shark Aviation's product range
- Autonomous missions: How the system follows planned routes and mission sequences
- Multi-UAV control: Management of two aircraft by one operator through a shared ground control station
- Mission authority: Operator control over mission interruption, payload cancellation, landing, and recovery
- Development status: The difference between tested functions and capabilities that still require further validation
The aim is to explain what the current system has demonstrated without presenting development goals as completed capabilities.
Shark Blue Mini will be in Kielce
Shark Blue Mini is a portable, fixed-wing UAV developed for autonomous missions and coordinated multi-aircraft operations. Its published dimensions include a wingspan of 1,320 mm and a fuselage length of 850 mm.
The wings and fuselage can be separated for transport in a dedicated case. This configuration reduces the space and equipment required to move and prepare the aircraft near the operating area.
The platform uses Shark Ground Control Station for mission planning, telemetry, aircraft status, and operator intervention. The shared control environment is designed to manage more than one aircraft without requiring the operator to fly every movement manually.
Results from Phase I testing
Shark Blue Mini comes to MSPO with recorded results from Phase I testing completed in Konya, Türkiye, on 19 July 2026. Five prototypes took part in prepared scenarios covering autonomous flight, multi-aircraft control, flight performance, mission interruption, and recovery.
The tests included:
- An autonomous mission profile of approximately 26 km
- Simultaneous control of two UAVs by one operator through one ground control station
- Approximately 18 minutes of flight during the demonstration scenario
- A recorded cruise speed of about 99 km/h
- A maximum indicated speed of 146 km/h
- Mission interruption, payload cancellation, autonomous landing, and recovery
These figures apply to the configuration and test conditions used in Konya. They should not be combined with results from separate flights as if they came from one final production specification.
Tested results and ongoing development
Phase I established a working basis for autonomous missions and coordinated control. It did not complete every stage of development or qualification.
Further work includes testing larger multi-aircraft configurations, communication resilience, additional payloads, software functions, repeatability, and customer-specific requirements. Each capability must be evaluated under defined conditions before it can be treated as verified.
At MSPO, Shark Aviation will explain both sides clearly: what Shark Blue Mini has achieved and what the next engineering stages need to address.
